The application and customer cost data are hosted on Amazon Web Services in the European Union (region eu‑central‑1, Frankfurt). The marketing website is hosted on Framer. See Subprocessors (in the Privacy Policy) for the full list of providers.

Consumer dispute resolution (ODR / ADR)

A Consumer in the EU may use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We will inform Consumers of available out‑of‑court (ADR) options where required by law; we are not obliged to use a particular ADR entity. See Terms of Service, clause 15.
